With Palliative Care Week 2017 upon us we thought it a great opportunity to share some of the fantastic events that will be happening around Australia to encourage dying with dignity.

National Palliative Care Week is an annual awareness raising week organised by Palliative Care Australia. Enabling those conversations that many of us may wish to have with loved ones, but perhaps shy away from due to their awkward nature, is a cause that we at Grand & Grave wholeheartedly support, which is why we’ve made this run down of highlights as to what’s going on in Brisbane and beyond this week so that you can get involved!

The Dying to Talk Discussion Starter is an interactive way in which to begin thinking, talking and documenting end of life plans.
